|Recommended: YesResident — I am fairly satisfied with living here because of convenience.
|Recommended: YesQuality Apartment, Great commute — Rooms are well built, quiet and spacious. Prices are starting to become a little high so get in while you can. Been a few car break-ins. But I love this place. Community is chill and keeps to themselves. They have security, convenience to restaurants downstairs. Minutes from Ft Belvoir, Springfield Mall and I-95.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to stay if you work in the area — Moved here last July 25th to avoid the long commute and I love it here.

|Recommended: YesHighly Recommend — Other than the terrible parking they have, the apartment is great. Affordable rent for quality.
|Recommended: YesTemporary Stay — This is the exact place my wife and I needed to live for a short period of time.
|Recommended: YesBelvoir square — All around great place. Very secure, very helpful manager and assistant manger. Great amenities. Very nice place to live.
Thank you for your positive review!

|Recommended: YesCouldn’t Ask For More — Belvoir Square is an absolute dream - luxury living with all the convenience for traveling locally without being right in the middle of it. But putting aside the meticulously kept grounds, amazing amenities, and abundance of space - I was ready to sign a lease just based off my experience with the leasing office. Tylor Hewette is hands down the sweetest and most welcoming leasing agent I’ve ever met. From day zero to move in she never skipped a beat, was always available to answer questions whether by phone or email, and never blinked twice when I asked for corrections on the initial paperwork. Tylor makes you feel welcome, gives you all the information, the good and the bad, doesn’t skip over a thing, and isn’t pushy - she genuinely wants to help you find your “home”. You cannot go wrong calling Belvoir Square home. For being a large apartment complex it is so quiet, the parking is never crowded, maintenance and work orders are always completed in a timely manner - never waited more than a day there’s a little bit of something for everyone here - even your four legged family members If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would
|Recommended: YesBelvoir Square — Great place to live. Very convenient to major highways, shopping, and of course, Fort Belvoir.
|Recommended: Yes100 — Great Place To Live
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — We love that the facility is fairly new, the gym is excellent and open 24 7, the common areas are well kept, clean and beautiful. The walls are think and you cannot hear the Neighbours, barely hear people on the hallway, which was a concern prior to moving here.
|Recommended: YesOverall, good apartment — I moved here to be closer to work. Area is clean, and the apartment itself is well kept. They have trash service each week, and the hallways are kept clean. Parking has never been an issue for me. I think anyone looking to have a nice and maintained apartment can find that here.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Great place to live. I was not dissapointed at all upon arriving. The staff is friendly and the building is always clean and well kept.
|Recommended: YesNew Resident — This is a convenient place, especially if you work on Fort Belvoir at the Hospital. Literally about 5 minutes away from the apartment. A little pricey, but the convenience is everything.
