The recent resident appreciation week was lovely. The noise is isolated to the neighbors above and the frequent car accidents. I have finally been able to tell the world that I have a home. The design and layout suit my needs as well as the construction are excellent especially the energy efficiency. The mix use retail and residential work well and are some of the conveniences that we enjoy. I wish that these units were for sale as condominiums. A property of this caliber is long overdue on Richmond HWY.

The building is stylish, up to date, and with great amenities. The location is also convenient to popular destinations within the DMV. Did I mention the great office and maintenance staff The staff is first class in my view.

submitted by Robert - |Recommended: YesI’ve been here for 2 years, but unfortunately will have to move. This is such a good spot. Access to Fort Belvoir or NGA is so convenient. Quiet area. The neighboring buildings host transients. Controlled access, parking garage provides peace of mind. Coffee machine is nice, gym is small, but nice to do everything I needed. I’ve been through 3 property management companies, but staff has always been helpful and attentive sometimes they would watch, water my plant if I bought it to the leasing office when I had to go on training assignments. Always friendly and happy. Building is always clean, maintained. Maintenance staff are great one of them helped jump start my car on the 5th floor when my battery died. I never had a maintenance or mail issue. Trash service was always on time. I moved from a studio on the 4th floor to a 1B on the 5th. Moved in while the complex was still 1 4 full after construction finished, now it’s almost capacity. I’m sad I have to leave. Going to miss it.
